More so, the triad, 1) Increased Sales & Market Share, 2) Access to Information and 3) Access to Capital, is paramount to the legitimacy and credibility of any economic development initiative. The “Wealth” and “Quality of Life” of the Shreveport Bossier Metropolitan area are directly influenced and dependent upon the wealth and economic position of the African American business sector and the African American citizenry at large.
